About Krishna Gold Atta
Krishna Gold Atta is the consumer brand of Kalyanin Foods LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership from Amreli, Gujarat. The mill opened in 2024 with one job: grind the wheat the way our grandmothers expected, and pack it before anything is lost.
Every roti starts at the wheat lot. We pick local Gujarat wheat, clean it on the floor, condition it for moisture, and stone-grind it in small lots so the bran stays alive and the flour stays fragrant. No chemicals at any stage.
The result is an atta that absorbs more water, kneads softer, and rolls thinner. Rotis hold their warmth, stay flexible at room temperature for hours, and taste of wheat the way wheat is supposed to taste.

Every lot follows the same path from the farm gate to the home kitchen. Short on purpose so nothing gets lost between hands.


Step 01
Lots from Saurashtra and central Gujarat are graded for protein, moisture, and foreign matter.

Step 02
Two-stage cleaning, magnetic separation, and twenty-four-hour conditioning so the bran releases cleanly during grinding.

Step 03
Small-lot stone grinding keeps the temperature low. Bran, germ, and endosperm stay in the flour, so nutrition stays in the roti.

Step 04
Every lot is checked for moisture, ash, gluten content, sieve and grit before packing. BSc Chemistry-led lab on site.

Step 05
Vacuum-sealed at the mill, batch coded, and shipped on the date stamped on the pack.
